Usage of our mats is not limited to swimming or athletics carnivals, these mats will come into play throughout the entire school year and are ideal for reading groups, book week parades, outdoor learning, assemblies, excursions and lunch times.
Our mats come as a pack in the traditional house colours of RED, YELLOW, BLUE AND GREEN
Made from Recycled Plastic they will soften a hard or damp ground, while providing protection from hot or cold surfaces
These mats are compact, take a quick 30 seconds to set up or pack down and come complete with a carry bag that makes them easy to transport and to store in your sports shed or classrooms
UV treated, mildew resistant and non slip. Just wipe them down or hose them off, leave them to dry for 15 minutes, then fold and pack away in the handy carry bag

OUR STORY AND DESIGNS
The unique artwork that adorns our mats by Mikaela Cameron (Dharug) reflects knowledge, songlines and journeys of growth. The lines in the design represent songlines that guide us through our journey of discovery and reflect our journey past. The dot work symbolises the knowledges we share with one another, which helps us grow together and learn new possibilities.
Each colour depicts the land in which you sit and share this knowledge:
By the Sea (blue), in nature amongst the Trees (green), on the land in the Dirt (red) or on the Sand (yellow).
May we continue to share this knowledge and experience these journeys, and build our songlines together.
About the Artist
Mikaela Cameron (M. J. Badagarang) is a proud Dharug saltwater woman from the Hawkesbury River in New South Wales, Australia.
Mikaela has a deep connection to her culture and has a passion for sharing this with others through the use of art and creative making.
Mikaela is a cultural educator, currently undertaking her 4th year in Education at Deakin University. With her knowledge in traditional culture and education, she designed these outdoor mats to be a special place where students can come to gather, feel safe, and learn together.
