Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING
Once you have placed your order our team will pack and book collection of your parcel using Border Express. You will receive a dispatch notification via email (if email details are provided on your order) directly from Border Express at the time of collection from our warehouse, and a delivery notification upon delivery to your address. Please note that all Border Express deliveries have an Authority to Leave at your door, and that Border Express do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Our allocated days of collection for orders are as follows:

  • Monday (AEST)
  • Wednesday (AEST)
  • Friday (AEST)

Australian domestic:
Please allow 2-4 business days for standard delivery to Metropolitan areas and and 3-7 business days for Regional or remote areas.

We currently do not offer International shipping.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will offer a refund within 14 days of purchase only if the goods are faulty or damaged during delivery.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund. Once 14 days has passed we will not offer a refund or exchange. This includes when the item was purchased as a gift.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Please contact us at info@theoutdoorfloor.com.au and we will arrange collection of the goods to be returned to us.

Please note we do not offer a refund for change of mind, however we are happy to exchange the design and size of your mat should you request it: exchanged goods are to be returned to our warehouse at the buyers expense.  Please contact us at info@theoutdoorfloor.com.au should you wish to exchange your mat and we will arrange the collection of the goods to be exchanged for you through our courier (at your cost), our bulk rate will cost you a lot less than you can get as an individual.

Late or missing refunds

    1. Once your goods have been collected by our courier we ill issue you your refund, allow 2-3 days for this to appear in your account.
    2. If after 3 days your refund has not appeared in your account, contact your card issuer/bank.
    3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
