Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
Once you have placed your order our team will pack and book collection of your parcel using Border Express. You will receive a dispatch notification via email directly from Border Express at the time of collection from our warehouse and a delivery notification upon delivery to your address. Please note that all Border Express deliveries have an Authority to Leave at your door. Our allocated days of collection for orders are as follows:
- Monday (AEST)
- Wednesday (AEST)
- Friday (AEST)
Australian domestic:
Please allow 2-4 business days for standard delivery to Metropolitan areas and and 3-7 business days for Regional or remote areas.
We offer a flat shipping rate Australia wide of $25
We currently do not offer International shipping.
RETURNS
We will only offer a refund within 14 days of purchase. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase to receive a refund. Once 14 days has passed we will not offer a refund or exchange. This includes when the item was purchased as a gift. Please purchase a tracking number when shipping back to minimise the risk of loss. The shipping for exchanges/returns is to be covered by the customer at their own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us
